With recent updates for oversight by the Health Authority, CHUM has been updated to facilitate management of staff training.
Administrators can:
- Sort by employee to verify an individual’s current certifications.
- Sort by a certification to ensure staff have the applicable training
- View upcoming deadlines for employee training / certifications.

Automated Reports
With staff entering daily information, CHUM produces reports with the click of a button. No more hours spent manually compiling data from paper records. Reports are the identical format expected by the Health Authority for their familiarity.
Currently, CHUM will automatically generate the following:
- Monthly Bed Status Report
- Monthly Operational Standards Report
- Outbreak Report

Automated Journal Entries
As information is entered into CHUM, relevant journal entries can be automatically generated. For example, if a resident refuses an ADL or if a resident is marked for isolation, a journal entry with required information is automatically generated!
